Where are your products made?
Our products are made right here in the U.S! We are based in San Diego, CA to be exact.
Are your products really natural?
Yes, we take pride in sourcing the finest ingredients! We also make our skincare in small batches to ensure freshness.
Are your products organic?
Our products are made with many organic ingredients or naturally sourced. We try to use organic whenever possible. Look for the + symbol specifying which ingredients are organic.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
We recommend that you consult your physician to be sure that our products align with your pregnancy plan.
Do you test on animals?
Never, summer babes only!
Do you use synthetic ingredients?
Never! We are all about natural, clean beauty. You won’t find synthetic ingredients, parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate, phthalates, chemicals, or animal testing here.
What is the shelf-life of your products?
Shelf life varies for each product. Most will last 12+ months once opened and is specified on the product page and jars when you receive. To keep them as natural and clean as possible our products are not filled with preservatives. We encourage you to keep water out to ensure its full shelf life.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available within the U.S. on orders over $75 USD.
Why is shipping cost so high?
Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination. Our products are packaged in all glass, making them heavier. We encourage you to recycle and reuse your glass jars.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship (excluding weekends/holidays), unless otherwise noted in the product description.
For U.S. Orders- we usually ship via USPS. After shipping please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order.
For International Orders- please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email us immediately with your order number and new address. We will do our best to update the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Can I track my order?
Order tracking will be provided to you via email once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Please contact us prior to ordering, we will do what we can to expedite shipping if possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately we aren't able to cancel or make changes. Please see our return policy.
We offer free domestic shipping to the U.S. on orders over $50 USD. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied. Free shipping will be automatically applied once the minimum is met.
Currently we ship to the U.S, Canada, Australia and the UK. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping, as time in customs will vary.
We are not responsible for any fees charged by customs for your items to be released to you. If you chose to not pay duties on import and the package is returned, we may refund the order less shipping paid.
Shipping cost is based on the weight of the package and destination, shipping from San Diego, CA. We ship via USPS.
Please be sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is showed delivered to the address provided. If you experience your package is lost, please contact us right away so that we can begin looking into it with the mail carrier.
If you received your order and the products are in any way damaged, please contact us immediately within 72 hours of delivery at email@example.com Photos of the damaged products are required.
We are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and will do whatever we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Refunds will only be issued on a case by case basis, if contact is made within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a full refund back to your original payment method, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to the shipping providers.
Returns will not be accepted without us being contacted first.
