Refund policy

We are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and will do whatever we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us right away at hello@summerglowco.com. Refunds will only be issued on a case by case basis, if contact is made within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds on opened or used products.

Please note, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to the shipping providers.

Returns will not be accepted without us being contacted first.
